Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions

1. How do I order a custom name keychain?

Just visit our website, type the name you want, and choose your preferred letter and outline colours β€” no need to message us separately! or Even better just click on the this link!

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders are 3D printed and shipped within 3–5 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on location.

3. Can I request a completely custom design?

Yes, you can! We're just starting out with offering fully custom designs, so while we're excited to create something unique for you, please note that these requests may take more time and have certain limitations. Before anything is made, we’ll review your idea and get back to you β€” if it’s not something we can do, we’ll let you know upfront.

4. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality PLA filament for most items β€” it’s strong, eco-friendly, and perfect for detailed prints.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we mainly ship within Malta, but contact us directly if you're interested in international shipping.

6. What if there's a problem with my order?

Customer satisfaction is super important to us. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly.

7. Do you offer delivery in Malta?

Yes! We offer standard delivery across Malta via MaltaPost. Orders typically arrive within 4–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Orders under €30: €3.95 delivery fee
  • Orders €30 and over: Free delivery
8. Can I request a custom-made colour?

Yes, we do offer custom colour options! When you request a specific colour, we’ll first search through our local suppliers, and if it’s not available, we’ll look into our trusted international partners.

For particularly unique or specific colours, we’ll ask you to provide a HEX code to help us match it as closely as possible. However, since some filament suppliers don’t work with HEX values, we may also need a colour reference in other formats like:

🎨 Pantone,

πŸ–οΈ RAL,

🧡 CMYK, or

🌈 RGB codes.

Please note that sourcing a custom colour takes time β€” sometimes a few weeks or even a couple of months. Because of this, we recommend placing your order well in advance if you're aiming for a specific shade.

πŸ” Custom colour filament orders are placed at the end of each month, so plan ahead!

While we don’t officially sell filament, we’re happy to make an exception for custom colour requests β€” specially ordered just for you.

9. What are the differences between the plastics you use, and which one is best suited for my needs?
PLA

🧡 About PLA

Our products are made using PLA (Polylactic Acid)
β€” a plant-based bioplastic derived from renewable resources such as
corn starch or sugarcane.

PLA is biodegradable under industrial composting
conditions
, but don’t worry β€” if kept indoors for home
dΓ©cor, keychains, or other everyday uses, it will stay solid for
years and won’t turn into β€œgoop.”

Benefits of PLA:

  • Made from renewable, plant-based materials

  • Low environmental impact compared to petroleum-based plastics

  • Produces minimal odour during printing

  • Offers vibrant, rich colours and smooth finishes

  • Safe for indoor use and ideal for decorative pieces

PLA MATTE

🧡 About PLA Matte

PLA Matte is a variation of standard PLA designed to produce a smooth, non-glossy finish that reduces visible layer lines. The matte surface gives prints a premium, professional look and helps hide minor imperfections, making it a favourite for decorative and display pieces.

Benefits of PLA Matte:

  • – Hides layer lines and gives a smooth, elegant appearance

  • – Same low-warp, low-odour benefits as regular PLA

  • – Ideal for models, dΓ©cor, and artistic projects

  • – Prints on standard PLA settings

  • – Rich, muted tones that photograph beautifully

Best for:

Home dΓ©cor, figurines, display models, signage, cosplay props, and any project where appearance matters as much as function.

Shipping

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

PETG

🧡 About PETG

PETG (Polyethene Terephthalate Glycol) is a
strong, durable plastic known for its excellent balance between
toughness and flexibility. It’s a modified version of PET β€” the
same plastic used in water bottles β€” with added glycol to make it
easier to print and less brittle.

Benefits of PETG:

  • Tough & Impact-Resistant – Handles
drops and knocks better than PLA
  • Weather-Resistant – More suitable for
outdoor use than PLA, with better moisture and UV resistance
  • Minimal Warping – Stays dimensionally
stable while printing, making it easier to achieve accurate parts
  • Chemical Resistance – Withstands mild
    chemicals better than PLA

Best for:

Functional parts, outdoor
projects, protective covers, mechanical components, and items that
need more durability than PLA can offer.

ASA

🧡 About ASA

ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is a
high-performance filament known for its exceptional UV and
weather resistance
, making it a top choice for outdoor
applications. It’s similar to ABS in strength but dis esigned to
better withstand sunlight without fading or becoming brittle.

Benefits of ASA:

  • Superior UV Resistance – Won’t yellow or
    degrade quickly in sunlight
  • Weatherproof – Handles rain, wind, and
temperature changes better than PLA or PETG
  • High Strength & Durability –
Comparable to ABS for tough, functional parts
  • Good Chemical Resistance – Resists many
    household chemicals and cleaners
  • Smoother Surface Finish – Ideal for
    aesthetic, long-lasting pieces

Best for:

Outdoor dΓ©cor, signage, garden
fixtures, protective casings, automotive parts, and any project that
needs to stay strong and vibrant outside.

TPU

🧡 About TPU

TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) is a flexible,
rubber-like filament known for its elasticity, durability, and
abrasion resistance. It can bend and stretch without breaking,
making it perfect for parts that need both resilience and
flexibility.

Benefits of TPU:

  • Highly Flexible & Elastic – Can bend,
stretch, and compress repeatedly without damage
  • Impact & Abrasion Resistant –
    Withstands heavy wear and tear
  • Good Chemical Resistance – Resists oils,
    greases, and many solvents
  • Vibration Dampening – Naturally absorbs
    shocks and vibrations
  • Durable in a Wide Temperature Range –
Stays functional in both hot and cold conditions

Best for:

Phone cases, flexible keychains,
gaskets, seals, protective bumpers, shock-absorbing mounts, and
wearable items.

PLA-CF

🧡 About PLA-CF

PLA-CF (Carbon Fibre Reinforced PLA) is a speciality filament made by combining standard PLA with fine carbon fibre strands. The result is a material that’s stronger, stiffer, and lighter than regular PLA, while still being relatively easy to print.

Benefits of PLA-CF:

  • – Carbon fibres add structural stiffness and reduce flex

  • – Stronger without adding extra weight

  • – Minimal warping and excellent precision in prints

  • – The carbon fibres give a sleek, professional look to parts

  • – Prints similarly to PLA, but benefits from extra performance

Best for:

Structural components, drone frames, RC car parts, mounts, brackets, and any project that needs high strength with a refined finish.
